Starr has had several surgeries, including 13 or 14 major ones, to enhance her appearance. She stated that she loves how she looks and doesn’t think the surgeries are a big deal for her. However, when it comes to love, Starr is not really that happy with herself at all.
Elaina Starr admits that she finds it difficult to trust men because she feels they are only interested in her because of her perfect appearance. She mentioned that men want to be with her only because of her external look and not because of who she is on the inside.
“I am worth $250,000. If someone I was dating asked me to stop getting plastic surgery, he would find himself single very quickly,” said Starr.

She is aware that these surgeries don’t make her look natural and that she appears artificial, but she hasn’t lost hope.
