Kanye West Hit With Another Lawsuit By Former Donda Academy Employee -Accused Of Hitler Praising And Racist

The old adage, “Trouble never comes alone,” fits perfectly for Kanye West, who is facing a deluge of lawsuits. The latest lawsuit, related to his private Christian school, Donda Academy, has been filed by a former employee. This lawsuit accuses Kanye West of maltreating Black employees, glorifying Adolf Hitler in front of students, masturbating in front of employees, and pushing to shave students’ hair and lock them in cages.

Trevor Phillips, a former employee with Donda Academy and West’s Yeezy brand for nine months in 2022 and 2023, filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday. He accuses the rapper, who also goes by the name of Ye, of racial discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, among other charges, and has asked the judge to grant him $35,000 in damages.

The lawsuit also alleges that Kanye West indulged in anti-Semitic rhetoric, threatened the LGBTQ+ community, and accused them of not being true Christians. Phillips also charges Kanye West with threatening him when he spoke out against West and berating him in front of students and parents.

The lawsuit particularly points to the strange and obnoxious anti-Semitic views of West, which included labeling Hitler as the leader of Nazi Germany and an innovator. In his outbursts against the Jews, he repeatedly accused them of being out to get him. West would spread anti-Semitic messages before students and once expressed his desire to make a jail in the school so that the students could be locked up.

Furthermore, the lawsuit alleges that West practiced racism and treated white employees decently but berated the Black employees. West is reported to have threatened his employees with termination for being overweight. Phillips was also a victim of such unrealistic demands and always remained fearful that he would be fired from his job. West is also accused of behaving inappropriately and once pretended to masturbate in front of Phillips.

Donda Academy was a non-accredited Christian private school opened by West in California in 2022. However, not much is known about the workings of the school because the parents, faculty, and staff were made to sign non-disclosure agreements. Students were also forced to wear only Yeezy and Gap uniforms, which were designed by the rapper. The school’s tuition fee was reported to be $15,000 per year. The school had to close after one month as a fallout from the anti-Semitic comments made by West on social media.
